- 適用地點及交通工具： 本優惠僅適用於乘坐點對點陸路交通工具（包括的士或 Uber）直達位於新界錦田八鄉橫台山永寧里291號之 CL Outlet 的顧客。
- 單程限制： 車費折扣僅適用於述指定交通工具前往 CL Outlet 之單程去程車費，回程或任何其他行程概不適用。
- 最低消費要求： 顧客於上述 CL Outlet 消費滿 HK$300 或以上（以扣除車費折扣前之金額計算），方可享有車費扣減優惠。
- 回贈上限及形式： 每程車費最高可獲 HK$200 即時扣減。此優惠將直接於結帳時扣減消費總額，不設現金找續、退換或兌換現金。
- 收據驗證： 顧客必須於結帳時出示當日之有效交通工具正式收據正本（的士收據）或電子收據（Uber 電子行程單）。收據必須清晰顯示日期、時間、車費金額及目的地/行程資料。
- 使用限制： 每張車費收據僅可使用一次。並於單次消費時只可使用一張車費收據以獲取優惠，不可拆單使用。
- 語言版本： 本條款及細則備有中、英文版本。如中、英文版本有任何歧義或不一致，概以中文版本為準。
- 修改及爭議： B.S.C. COLOURLIVING LIMITED 保留隨時修改、變更或終止本活動條款及細則之權利，無需另行通知。如有任何爭議，B.S.C. COLOURLIVING LIMITED 保留最終決定權。
- Promotion Period: This promotion is valid from 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 (both days inclusive, based on the time of checkout).
- Eligible Location & Transportation: This promotion applies exclusively to customers traveling directly to CL Outlet, located at 291 Wing Ling Lane, Wang Toi Shan, Pat Heung, Kam Tin, The New Territories, via point-to-point road transport services (including Taxi or Uber).
- One-Way Trip Only: The fare discount applies strictly to the one-way inward journey heading to the aforementioned CL Outlet. Return journeys or any other trips are strictly excluded.
- Minimum Spend Requirement: Customers must make a minimum single net purchase of HK$300 or above at the specified CL Outlet (calculated prior to deducting the transport rebate) to qualify for the discount.
- Rebate Cap & Format: The fare discount is capped at a maximum of HK$200 per transaction. The rebate will be applied as an instant bill deduction upon checkout and cannot be refunded, exchanged for change, or converted into cash.
- Receipt Verification: Customers must present a valid same-day original transport receipt (printed taxi receipt) or digital e-receipt (Uber trip receipt) at checkout. The receipt must clearly show the date, time, fare amount, and destination/trip details.
- Usage Limitations: Each transport receipt can only be redeemed once. Each eligible sales transaction is entitled to redeem this offer once per visit. Splitting transactions on a single bill is not allowed.
- Language Version: These Terms and Conditions are prepared in both Chinese and English. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
- Amendments & Disputes: B.S.C. COLOURLIVING LIMITED reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, B.S.C. COLOURLIVING LIMITED reserves the right of final decision.
